Mr. Ty and Mrs. Goldblatt are dedicated to providing their clients with the most fair, accurate and zealous representation.  Combined, they have over 25 years of legal experience, as law clerks, legal assistants and finally, as attorneys.    They make sure to uphold the professionalism and ethics of the legal profession by giving their clients representation based on a realistic and accurate application of the law to the specific facts of each legal matter, not simply telling their clients what the client wants to hear.   

Our attorneys have represented clients in Maryland District and Circuit Courts, the Court of Special Appeals, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and in the District of Columbia Court system.  The firm has represented career airline pilots, doctors, other lawyers, military members, teachers, nurses, and other professionals.   Mr. Ty attended high school, college, and law school in Maryland.  He supported himself while going through school by working and joining the U.S. Army Reserve. 

Mrs. Goldblatt attended college at the University of Buffalo and law school at Catholic University.   The two met in 2003 while working as attorneys for a large Baltimore County firm that represented 
numerous clients in various areas of the law all over Maryland.   
  
Although the firm's caseload has always consisted of over 50% of cases in the area of family law, our attorneys also have extensive experience in Bankruptcy Chapter 7 and 13, and in other areas of civil law.  In addition to having years of experience in divorce, custody, and child support cases, they have also represented numerous clients in bankruptcy, criminal matters, contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, traffic matters, cases against health insurance companies, and in other areas of civil law.  As such, please make sure to call us to ascertain if we can help you with your legal problem.
